After nearly two decades helping technology companies grow through exceptional hiring and strategic partnerships, I founded LaLonde Advisory to help frontier technology companies build outstanding technical leadership teams while preparing Talent Acquisition for the future.
My work at Meta and Torc Robotics taught me that the leaders who reshape organizations rarely surface through templates or scale factories. They come from genuine partnership, quiet judgement, and the discipline to hold a bar over months, not weeks.
My time at Dell added an enterprise, commercial lens — how organizations actually buy, sell, and scale — that I now bring to every engagement.
