About
Meet Evelyn LaLonde.
Talent acquisition leader, recruiting practitioner, and advisor on AI in hiring. Working with talent teams at technology scale-ups across Europe.

In her words
"AI is already inside hiring, and almost nobody is being taught to use it well."
I have spent eighteen years in technology recruiting and business development, nine of them hiring engineers for high-growth companies in the US and Europe. Most recently at Meta, and before that leading European market entry for Torc Robotics from Stuttgart. Earlier, enterprise sales at Dell, which is where I learned how technology gets sold.
I advise talent acquisition teams and leaders on how to implement, adopt, refine and use AI in hiring, in ways that retain human judgment, company culture and a high hiring bar. The work sits where people, technology, and governance meet, because that is where AI either creates value or quietly creates risk.
I take no commissions and no referral fees from tool vendors, so what I recommend is not shaped by who pays. This is operational advice, not legal advice: formal legal conclusions go to qualified counsel.
I am completing a Global MBA at EDHEC Business School in Nice. Introductory conversations are available now.
