Responsible AI
for Smarter
Hiring.

LaLonde Advisory works with talent acquisition teams at European technology scale-ups on how to implement, adopt, and refine AI in hiring, in ways that keep human judgment, company culture, and a high hiring bar intact.

The problem

AI arrived in hiring before anyone was taught to use it.

Almost every talent team in Europe is now using AI somewhere in the process. Very few can say where, who approved it, or what it is doing to the quality of their hiring.

01

Tools nobody chose

AI features arrive through platform updates inside your ATS, your sourcing tools, your scheduling stack. No one signed off on them. They are already shaping shortlists.

02

No owner for AI in hiring

Legal assumes talent has it covered. Talent assumes IT has it covered. Nobody holds the documentation, the oversight steps, or the audit trail.

03

No time to evaluate

Every vendor claims the same outcomes. Recruiters are at capacity. There is no room in the week to test what actually works and what quietly degrades quality.

Vendor neutrality

LaLonde Advisory takes no commissions and no referral fees from any tool vendor. What gets recommended is what fits your stack, your team and your risk position.

This is an operational talent acquisition and responsible-AI implementation practice, not a law firm. Formal legal conclusions are referred to qualified counsel.

Why LaLonde Advisory

Recruiting experience first, AI second.

01

Recruiting experience first

Eighteen years in technology recruiting and business development, nine of them hiring engineers for high-growth companies in the US and Europe. Advice is written for the way recruiters actually work.

02

Vendor neutral

LaLonde Advisory takes no commissions and no referral fees from any tool vendor. Recommendations are not shaped by who pays.

03

Practical implementation

Every recommendation lands in a workflow, a policy, or a training session. Findings come with the sequence to act on them.

04

Human judgment retained

AI takes the repetitive work. People keep the decisions, the culture, and the hiring bar.

05

European regulatory perspective

Based in France, working across the UK, Germany, and the wider EU, with the EU AI Act treated as a design constraint rather than a late review.
